Objectives of this Role

  • Organize, implement, and oversee processes for increased efficiency, productivity and growth

  • Lead daily operational activities that produce organizational objectives

  • Manage Coach activities, providing suitable resources

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with appropriate partners

  • Manage the overall timelines, hours, and deliverables of this company's contracts

  • Track and deliver reporting to the company’s executives

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Complete and deliver Client Contracts, based on specific project scope

  • Manage details of the project from start to finish: timelines, hours, burn rate, and deliverables 

  • Supervise Coach activities and production, in accordance with project details

  • Recommend and develop back-office processes and documents to streamline and organize MP6 operations

  • Deliver DiSC and other project assessments to contract participants

  • Oversee and execute training program administration (agendas, communications, evaluations)

  • Support client-facing and customer-facing operations and account management

  • Provide appropriate data analytics of reporting to appropriate management teams

  • Identify and mitigate any project risks or concerns, elevating to company executives as needed. 

  • Work with company executives to support any additional initiatives 

  • Recommend opportunities for business growth and efficiencies

  • Provide limited administrative support such as assistance with formatting or templates.

  • Ensure all internal processes adhere to legal and ethical guidelines of the company

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field

  • At least 3 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role

  • Proven experience in the Government Contracting field

  • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment

  • Superior account management and client-facing skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and timely responsiveness

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities with Google Suite, Canva, MS Office Suite, Squarespace, and Project Management database and information systems software

  • Previous data analysis and reporting experience

  • Proven ability with timeline and project management processes

  • Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends

Pay

  • Part-Time: 10-15 hours per week (variable)

    • Hours are generally flexible, but preference is for the majority of hours to be conducted during East Coast business hours (9-5 pm)

  • $60/per hour (NTE 40 hrs/month at this time. Option for additional hours to be determined at a later date). 

  • Please note: This is a contract-based position. You will be a subcontractor to MP6 Consulting and will not be a full-time or part-time employee. Benefits are not included.
