Let’s face it—working on teams can be challenging. And like any system, fine tuning teamwork requires an in-depth systemic look at all parts to improve performance. Often we see variables affect results and team morale, such as trust, vulnerability, communication, politics, inattention to results, and waning commitment.
We are certified in various team assessments (such as Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®) which allow us to gather data to baseline the team’s effectiveness and interactions and develop a realistic and sustainable action plan for improved results.
MP6 treats each individual uniquely—recognizing each person has their own experiences and journey. Sometimes life knocks on our door and tells us change is afoot. We are eager to explore our next steps. Other times, change is thrust upon us and we struggle to adapt, or we just get in our own way. That’s where personal or transition coaching can be valuable.
Engagement times vary, though typically run for 8-12 sessions. Personal/transition engagements are all virtual via phone, Skype, or Zoom.
