Coaching at MP6

During the coaching process, we will:

  • Clarify your goals and create a roadmap

  • Develop a customized approach (exercises, assessments, etc.)

  • Schedule regular coaching sessions

  • Establish guidelines to sustain change after coaching is completed

  • Check in on progress after the engagement is complete

Certified through the International Coach Federation, we adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics. Typically, coaching engagements last anywhere from 3-18 months. Change takes time—so does your journey.

Executive and Leadership Coaching


Executive and Leadership Coaching


At MP6, we use our leadership and industry experience to help you with your unique challenges, goals, and definition of leadership.

We keep up to speed on the latest research and best practices in leadership development in order to share that with you.  

Leadership coaching can help with:

  • Transitioning from one role to another (contributor to leader, manager to SVP)

  • Enhancing delegation and time management skills

  • Balancing strategic planning with operational demands

  • Improving communication to maximize results

  • Providing feedback and navigating difficult conversations

  • Identifying emotional intelligence skills and adapting approaches

  • Building resilience between home/life demands

We offer leadership development coaching packages that are 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months in length. Packages vary and may include a 360 assessment, personality/behavioral assessment and/or shadowing experience. Engagements can be held in the Washington, DC metropolitan area or via Skype or Zoom anywhere in the world.

We partner with the leader and team members to identify opportunities and goals, then chart an approach to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.

Let’s face it—working on teams can be challenging. And like any system, fine tuning teamwork requires an in-depth systemic look at all parts to improve performance. Often we see variables affect results and team morale, such as trust, vulnerability, communication, politics, inattention to results, and waning commitment. 

We are certified in various team assessments (such as Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®) which allow us to gather data to baseline the team’s effectiveness and interactions and develop a realistic and sustainable action plan for improved results.

Personal/Transition Coaching


Personal/Transition Coaching


We will establish goals, uncover hurdles and obstacles, and co-create effective action plans.

Sometimes life knocks on our door and tells us change is afoot. We are eager to explore our next steps. Other times, change is thrust upon us and we struggle to adapt, or we just get in our own way. That’s where personal or transition coaching can be valuable.

Engagement times vary, though typically run for 8-12 sessions. Personal/transition engagements are all virtual via phone, Skype, or Zoom.
